Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 7/26
- Roofers are continuing with roofing repairs. They have about 2-3 weeks remaining to complete everything.
- Window installed in unit 133 and drywall/paint repairs completed. No interior paint per the scope of work. All windows on the scope of work are now completed.
- Engineer working on plans for the deck repairs affected by the loss. No ETA on submittal at this time.
