Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 6/21.
- The roofer will be onsite Monday working throughout the property for one to two weeks to continue with the demolition and prepare for the roofing material arriving.
- Roofing panels are set to begin arriving in the next few weeks. The roofer expects to start installations after 4th of July with the flat panels that are expected.
- Window for unit 133 is still expected around July 17th. Upon arrival we will schedule with the owner for replacement.
- Still working with the adjuster and engineer to review a few of the deck support issues. All other work per the scope of work has been completed.
