Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 3/15.
- RMC sent the roofing specs to the manufacturer Zip Rib. We are awaiting final pricing and lead time to place an order for roofing materials.
- Awaiting warmer clear weather to begin window installation and remaining work on the property.
