Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 5/17.
- Good news, RMC is going to have crews on site starting Tuesday, May 28th to start on the window replacements and some of the remaining exterior work. They will need access to ten of the units. The office will contact the homeowners to schedule. Please remember that RMC will complete the window installation, any related siding and drywall repairs, and paint the siding. The interior painting is the responsibility of the homeowner.
- The roofer will begin the removal of the damaged metal panels within the next 2-3 weeks. RMC will supply an update as soon as the roofer can schedule the work. The roofer will remove only the required material from each unit and will immediately install underlayment to prevent leaks. This needs to be done so that the manufacturer can have exact measurements of each damaged panel in order to produce the new roofing material.
- RMC does not have a starting time for balcony and railing repairs as yet.
