Below is an update from RMC on the progress at Carnelian Woods as of 5/24.
- Window replacement will start on three units on Tuesday, May 28. If you know you have a window repair and have not heard from the office, please contact Janessa at the Carnelian Woods office to schedule.
- Crews will be working some Saturdays to get work done as quickly as possible.
- Units with retrofit windows can be done in a day with the siding possibly taking a second day. Units with new construction windows will take 2-3 days due to the drywall drying time.
- Two lifts will also arrive on-site on Tuesday, May 28, along with crews.
- No additional update on the roofing.
