Carnelian Woods received a letter of nonrenewal from AmGUARD Insurance on January 22, 2025, that our insurance would expire on its renewal date, March 31, 2025. With the dryer weather we were able to complete the 3.5 acres of pile burning on Carnelian Woods property this week. This completes the 78-acre project that began in 2022 with hand thinning.
