What We Do:

The insurance committee’s task is maintain adequate insurance coverage for the association and inform owners of the limits of the association coverage for the individual units.

Become a Member:

Maintaining insurance is one of the core services supplied by our management company, Alpenhof Management Services. A committee is not longer required.

Current Projects:
  • Find replacement cost insurance coverage for our fire/property insurance.
  • Find alternative fire/property insurance coverage arrangements (association versus homeowner coverage portions) that might successfully supply coverage.
  • Keep the homeowners up to date on the status of the work.
