The undeveloped lots committee periodically reviews changes in law, regulations, or ordinances that could present opportunities to the association for the disposition of the 123 undeveloped lots owned by Carnelian Woods. The lots exist legally with development and coverage rights, along with some paved areas which were intended to be parking or access roads to the lots.

• Monitor for changes in law, regulation or ordinances.

Activities of the committee are integral to the operation of the board and are reported there.
