Carnelian Woods received a letter of nonrenewal from AmGUARD Insurance on January 22, 2025, that our insurance would expire on its renewal date, March 31, 2025. We have our commercial automobile insurance with them. The reasons for cancellation are:
- GUARD is not a market for not for profit operations as found per a web search.
- GUARD is not a market for risks without the business owner listed as a driver.
These should have bene know to AmGUARD when they wrote the policy last year, but alas.
Our agent, Brian Grant, is searching for a replacement policy.
